CROWN SKY LLC ("Crown Sky", "we") rents real estate, provides programming, IT consulting, computer facilities management and other IT services, data processing and hosting, information services and rents office machinery including computers. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Rented devices
Devices are wiped to industry standards between clients. We record serial numbers and assigned users only as needed for support; we do not access your files unless you ask us to.
3. Managed IT and hosting
We act as a processor for data on your systems under a written agreement, with logged access.
4. Office tenants
Contacts, leases and access records.
5. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations, legitimate interests (security).
6. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
